4.    An account may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
5.    Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. Reputation|24/7 cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from a User’s failure to comply with this security obligation.
6.    Users may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in their jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

User Accounts
Users must set up an account through the Site for User to access and use any of the Services.
Reputation|24/7, in its sole discretion, may accept or reject for any reason a User as a customer of the Services. User shall be billed by Reputation|24/7, and Users shall be responsible, for all applicable charges and fees related to such access and use of the Services pursuant to the Terms of Service.

Refund Policy
Reputation|24/7 allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final.

Payment Terms
Payment for the Service is acceptable using all major credit cards via Barclays Merchant Services Your credit card statement will show a charge from Reputation 24/7. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is refundable per the terms in our official return policy All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. Payment is taken for one month’s service upon registration and then billed monthly on the anniversary of this date.

Cancellation Policy
Unless on a minimum term contract; the customer may cancel their recurring billing subscription products at any time.
Users are solely responsible for properly cancelling their account. Users can cancel their account at any time by clicking on the Cancel Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the page.

Reputation|24/7, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate accounts and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Reputation|24/7service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of User’s Account or User’s access to the Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in User’s Account. Reputation|24/7 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Delivery Policy
Reputation 24/7 is a digital service and will be available to the user within 1 hour of payment, log-in details will be provided to allow access for 1 month services. After this period the payment card will be re-billed on the anniversary of this date for a further month and this process will repeat until cancelled.

Modifications to the Service and Prices
Reputation|24/7 reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all Services, including but not limited to subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from Reputation|24/7. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Reputation|24/7website or the Service itself.
Reputation|24/7 shall not be liable to any User or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Purpose and Use of the Site
